Intelerad Medical Systems, a company that provides software for health care professionals, has committed $75 million toward the research and development of a new AI- and cloud-based medical imaging system.

The Clairvoyance productivity dashboard will incorporate machine learning technology to provide predictive insights to imaging departments, enabling real-time, data-driven decisions that contribute to higher quality and more timely care, leading to better outcomes for patients.

The company expects its investment to fuel a twofold increase in study volume. The technology simplifies everyday tasks for radiologists and other health care professionals, enabling them to optimize efficiency and apply their expertise toward more personalized services and improved follow-ups for patients.
