Diverse Optics Subsidiary Acquires Plastic Injection Mold Manufacturing Firm

Diverse Molds Inc., a subsidiary of Diverse Optics Inc., has acquired supplier Future Molds Inc., a plastic injection mold-making company.

The asset purchase extends Diverse Optics’ in-house mold-making capabilities and broadens its range of targeted solutions for the optics and photonics industry.

Future Molds co-founder Tony R. Parsons and staff will relocate all equipment and operations into Diverse Optics’ newly constructed headquarters.

Diverse Optics Inc. is a boutique engineering and fabrication firm specializing in custom precision polymer optical systems. The company provides optical design, engineering, prototyping, and series production of optical assemblies, elements, and components.
