OSRAM Extends Bank, Kampmann Contracts

The OSRAM Supervisory Board has extended the contracts of Ingo Bank, chief financial officer, and Stefan Kampmann, chief technology officer.

The assignments were set to expire in 2019. The five-year renewal will run through the summer of 2024.

Kampmann joined the company in July 2016 after a career in the technology sector, mainly in Germany and the U.S. Bank joined in September 2016 after a career in the lighting industry, mainly in the Netherlands and overseas.

OSRAM is a provider of high technology with a focus on semiconductor-based devices and applications, such as virtual reality, autonomous driving, smart lighting, and smartphones.
