Basler Partners with Beijing Sanbao Xingye Image Tech

Industrial camera developer Basler AG has signed a joint venture agreement with distributor Beijing Sanbao Xingye Image Tech Co. Ltd. to establish Basler Vision Technology China in Beijing, with branches in Shenzhen and Shanghai.

Beijing Sanbao Xingye Image Tech has been Basler‘s distribution partner in China for almost twenty years. The company distributes image processing components and consults its customers in machine vision and scientific imaging. Both companies agree to the transfer, with management being staffed by employees of both companies.

China and Asia as a whole are strategic growth regions for Basler. The joint venture agreement with Beijing Sanbao Xingye extends Basler’s presence in the Chinese market.

Basler is a manufacturer of digital cameras and accessories for industry, medicine, traffic, and a variety of other markets.
