GSI Lumonics Sells Phoenix Operations to Polymicro

KANATA, Ontario, May 5 -- GSI Lumonics Inc. has sold the assets of its Phoenix operations to privately held Polymicro technologies for an undisclosed amount. Phoenix manufactures accessories used primarily for scientific and medical applications.
This is further evidence of our commitment to focus available resources on strategic growth opportunities , said Charles Winston, President & CEO of GSI Lumonics.
