Sedi-ATI Acquired by J-F Vinchant Holding

J-F Vinchant Holding Strategy has acquired Sedi-ATI Fibres Optiques. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.

The acquisition aims to boost the company’s presence in the optical-fiber-based component markets, especially those that deal with harsh environments and medical applications with a strong export emphasis.

Sedi-ATI designs, develops and manufactures optical-fiber-based components such as couplers, wavelength filters and fiber bundle assemblies. J-F Vinchant Holding Strategy is an active holding company.
