SemiNex Expands IR Laser Diode Production Facility in Mass.

SemiNex Corp. has more than tripled its laboratory, manufacturing and cleanroom space within its existing location.

Citing significant increases in production orders, the company said it had outgrown its manufacturing and R&D space and has increased its cleanroom space by 300 percent. The new area allows for improvements in engineering, production, assembly and test capacity, with increased staffing, output and flexibility in testing.

The facility also features enhanced workstations for engineering and administration. State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment allows enhanced teleconferencing and virtual meeting abilities for better live interaction with global customers and vendors.
