Schlüter to Head Business Development at Laser 2000

Dr. Ing. Holger Schlüter has been named head of business development for kilowatt lasers at Laser 2000 GmbH.

Active in the field since 1993, Schlüter holds several patents in the field of laser resonators and laser applications. He has a master's degree in solid-state physics from RWTH Aachen University and a doctorate from the Institute for Laser Technology in Aachen, Germany.

He started his career at Trumpf GmbH + Co. KG and was responsible for the production, development and sales of high-power lasers in North America. Subsequently he was chief operating officer at Technolas Perfect Vision GmbH and managing director at HighYAG Lasertechnologie GmbH.
