PI Names Matt Reck Product Line Manager for Air-Bearing Positioning Stages

Matt Reck has been named product line manager for air-bearing precision positioning stages at PI (Physik Instrumente) LP.

Reck has worked for a number of motion control companies including Dover Instrument Corp., Danaher Corp. and Aerotech Inc. As a program manager for several engineering companies, he gained experience in the medical device and laboratory automation fields, leading the development of a range of products and systems.

He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

PI manufactures motion-control equipment, piezo motors, air-bearing stages, and hexapod parallel kinematics for semiconductor applications, photonics, bio- and nanotechnology and medical engineering.
