Koch Industries Acquires Oplink for $356.5M
Koch Industries Inc. has acquired Oplink Communications Inc. of Fremont, Calif., for $356.5 million.
Oplink provides components, intelligent modules and subsystems for dense and coarse wavelength division multiplexing (WDM), optical amplification, switching and routing, wavelength conditioning, monitoring and protection, connectivity and system-level integration, as well as optical transceivers for metro WDM, aggregation and access applications.
