Aurea Technology Expands Photon-Counting Range

Aurea Technology has added the visible wavelength range to its line of near-IR photon-counting products.

The new SPD_A module includes a visible wavelength range of 400 to 1060 nm, adding to Aurea’s existing near-IR 900- to 1700-nm products. It allows the integration and combination of the silicon and InGaAs single-photon avalanche photodiode technologies up to two channels per box.

The module also integrates a picosecond-resolution time-to-digital converter.
