Israeli high-tech defense system manufacturer Elecro-Optics Industries Ltd. has undergone a structural reorganization, dividing the company into geographic market areas. The Israel, Asia-Pacific, North America and Civilian Systems divisions will operate independently within the framework of the group, concentrating on marketing and development. In addition, the Marketing and Business Development, and Finance and Economic divisions will operate as general management for the entire group focusing on group strategies.
