Melles Griot Opens New Tokyo Office

Melles Griot KK announced Friday that it has opened a new office in the Tokyo suburb of Minami-Ikebukuro, replacing its Shibuya office.

The company’s Japanese sales headquarters is based in Tokyo and its manufacturing components operate in Tamagawa.

Melles Griot, a unit of Idex Corp., manufactures and supplies optical components. Formerly CVI Melles Griot, the company rebranded as two companies — CVI Laser Optics and Melles Griot — in February. (See: CVI Melles Griot Rebrands as 2 Companies).
