Prism Winner Nominated for Edison Award
Verisante Technology Inc.’s Aura skin cancer detection device was named a 2013 Edison Awards finalist.
Aura is a novel Raman spectroscopy device designed to aid in the early detection of all forms of skin cancer, including melanoma, and basal and squamous cell carcinoma. The underlying technology has also shown promise in the early detection of other cancers, including lung, cervical and colon. Verisante Technology recently won a Prism Award for the device. (See:

Award winners will be announced April 25 at the Edison Awards Annual Gala, to be held in Chicago.
