FBGS Technologies Launches Subsidiary

FBGS International, started in July, is a fully owned subsidiary of FBGS Technologies of Jena, Germany. It is headquartered in Belgium and has taken over a major part of the business, technology and staff of the former FOS&S. It will commercialize the draw tower gratings (DTGs) of FBGS Technologies as well as other related fiber optical sensing products. FBGS International will combine the expertise of FOS&S in the development and manufacturing of fiber optic sensing solutions with the know-how of FBGS Technologies regarding the manufacture of DTGs.
