Kidger Optics Announces Scholarship

Kidger Optics Ltd. of Crowborough, UK, a designer and supplier of optical design software, announced that it is accepting applications for its Michael Kidger Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship, which was established in 1998, will be presented to a student in the field of optical design. The deadline for application is May 1, 2000.
Candidates for the $4000 award will be judged on their studies or research, on a written summary of their academic background and interest in the field, and on letters of recommendation.
