ColdQuanta Names Toptica as Euro Distributor

Ultracold and cold atom device provider ColdQuanta Inc. has named Toptica Photonics AG as the European distributor of its miniMOT kit, the first commercially available kit to enable the production of cold atoms.

The agreement allows ColdQuanta to extend its range of products into Europe and enables Toptica to showcase its range of lasers in a scientific setting, the company said.

Laser-cooled and trapped atoms for high-precision measurements, fundamental research and student education are growing fields in the scientific and commercial communities.
