B&W Tek Opens New European Office in Germany

B&W Tek Inc. announced the opening of its fourth office in the world, B&W Tek Europe, based in Lübeck, Germany.

The new location will help the company to capitalize on its expanding European market, it said. Fully staffed, the new office will provide the necessary marketing, technical sales and engineering support to the company’s existing channels and distributors, as well as enable it to develop new business relationships in the area.

Daniel Barchewitz will join the company as the managing director of the new facility. With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, he will bring to the office knowledge of laser and spectrometer technology and applications, as well as an understanding of the European market.

B&W Tek produces optical spectroscopy and laser systems for biomedical, physical, chemical and research industries.
