Breast imaging

The 1008-page Recent Advances in Breast Imaging, Mammography, and Computer-Aided Diagnosis of Breast Cancer discusses the anatomic, histopathologic and mammographic views of the breast and the physics for the various breast imaging methods. A Press Monograph book, it presents techniques for lesion and mass detection as well as computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) and covers applications of computer vision fields in breast image registration. Chapters cover imaging with breast MRI, genetic algorithms in CAD mammography and performance evaluation of breast CAD techniques.
