Wafer Manufacturing

Schott AG of Mainz, Germany, has announced that its electronics and biotechnology center is setting up a wafer line at its plant in Penang, Malaysia, to meet the demands of the market and to better serve its Asian customers. The line is expected to be in operation by summer.
