NanoImaging Receives $200K SBIR Grant

NanoImaging Services Inc. has received a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant from the National Institutes of Health through the National Center for Research Resources to develop a new method for quantitative characterization of nanoparticles morphology and aggregation state using transmission electron microscopy.

The grant is anticipated to provide approximately $200,000 in research and development funds for a Phase I study.
The company offers a range drug delivery vehicles, including liposomes, dendrimers, and polymeric nanoparticles, as well as biologics that include enveloped and non-enveloped viruses, virus-like particles, macromolecular complexes and antibodies.
