Essen Instruments Changes Name, Relocates

Life science research tools and discovery services provider Essen Instruments Inc. has announced a corporate name change to Essen Bioscience Inc.

Additionally, the company has moved its world headquarters to a newly renovated site in Ann Arbor. The 25,000-sq-ft facility will provide the company space to accommodate the expansion of both its instrumentation and contract service business units.

The new facility reflects the company’s commitment to its customers, employees and to generating jobs in Southeast Michigan, and the name change reflects its current global business model, said the company.
