Edwards Receives FPD Orders from China

Edwards Ltd., a supplier of vacuum and abatement equipment and services, announced the sale of multiple dry pumps and turbomolecular (TMP) vacuum pumps to two flat panel display (FPD) manufacturers in China.

With total sales in excess of $13 million, it is one of the company’s largest sales to that region to date.

The orders included iXH process, iF loadlock and STP TMP pumps. It offers a comprehensive range of modular vacuum pumps and exhaust management systems designed to improve FPD processes. All products are supported by the company’s network of field and on-site services.
