Philip Koen Joins Infinera

Philip Koen has joined the board of directors at Infinera Corp., a supplier of digital optical networking systems to telecommunications carriers worldwide. He brings to the board expertise from the service provider industry. His previous experience includes service as CEO of Savvis Inc., a Town & Country, Mo., IT infrastructure service company for business applications and as CEO of Equinix Inc., a Foster City, Calif., international operator of data centers and carrier hotels.
