Morse to Advise Dynasil
Kenneth P. Morse, founding managing director of the MIT Entrepreneurship Center, has been hired by West Berlin, N.J.-based Dynasil Corp. of America to help commercialize its technology portfolio, the company announced yesterday. Dynasil makes specialized instruments and products for the medical, industrial and homeland security/defense markets. Prior to joining the MIT Entrepreneurship Center in 1996, Morse co-founded six high-tech companies. He is a member of the board of advisors of Citi SFS, as well as of several startup and MIT spinoff companies, including: Denkwerk, iMotions-Emotion Technology, Zylinc ApS, Ludesi, Naseeb Networks, Sofizar and Terrafugia. He holds the chair in entrepreneurship, innovation and competitiveness in the faculty of technology, policy and management at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Morse, who has a BS from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School, has taught entrepreneurship and global sales strategies workshops for startup CEOs in Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.
