DEK Appoints Americas Manager

DEK Solar, a provider of equipment and processes for the high-accuracy mass imaging of electronic materials, announced the appointment of Andy Ure as alternative energies business development manager for the Americas. He will be based in Phoenix. Ure, whose career spans more than 20 years at DEK, has held numerous positions within the company, including development team member for its ProFlow enclosed printhead technology and its Virtual Panel Tooling (VPT) singulated substrate handling system, in addition to contributing to multiple next-generation ball attach solutions. Currently, Ure serves as business manager for one of DEK’s top customers – a role he will maintain in addition to his new responsibilities.
