Reagents, kits
The February 2007 issue of
Topix, a technical newsletter from Alexis Biochemicals, introduces more than 100 reagents and kits for life sciences research. Available as a download or in print, the 12-page document focuses on reagents for immunology, apoptosis and cancer research and includes new tumor markers and tools to investigate apoptotic and nonapoptotic pathways, including the 7B10 caspase-independent cell death inducer. Among the featured new products are Interleukin-33 proteins and antibodies, C1q tumor necrosis factor-α-related proteins, and antibodies to HERG1-3, MICA and MICB (MHC class I-related chain A and B) glycoproteins and ULBPs (UL16-binding proteins). Angiopoietinlike proteins, a monoclonal antibody to Trop-2 and Flivo in vivo apoptosis kits also are detailed.
