Tessera Acquires Dblur Assets

San Jose, Calif.-based Tessera Technologies Inc., a wireless, consumer and computing products developer, has completed its acquisition of certain assets of Dblur Technologies Ltd., an Israel-based software lens technology developer for cell phone cameras and other applications. Under the terms of the agreement, the former company has acquired the latter’s assets, including intellectual property and specified customer agreements. Additionally, it has hired certain former employees of the Israeli company.
