Bruker Names Distributor in Spain

Bruker Daltonics of Billerica, Mass., and Francisco Soria Melguizo SA have announced an exclusive commercial agreement for distribution of the Maldi Biotyper in Spain. Francisco Soria Melguizo, which provides products for identification of microbes and susceptibility testing of antibiotics, will now distribute Bruker’s Maldi Biotyper to clinical microbiology and veterinary medicine laboratories in Spain. According to Bruker, the Maldi Biotyper solution enables identification, taxonomical classification or dereplication of microorganisms such as bacteria, yeast and fungi.
