Imaging Technologies Opens New Headquarters

SAN DIEGO, Calif., April 9 -- Imaging Technologies Corp. has opened a new corporate headquarters in the Rancho Bernardo region of San Diego. The new facility will consolidate all of ITEC's US operations, which were previously dispersed among 7 separate complexes throughout California. ITEC will initially occupy 45,000 square feet of the 60,000 square foot building, with the option to expand as the company grows.
The consolidation will reduce the space occupied by the company by 35%, and will lead to a 45% reduction in lease payments. When the final move is complete at the end of this month, ITEC will have decreased staff by 50% worldwide over last year through outsourcing and the elimination of redundant positions.
