Lattice Names Potter VP, CFO

Lattice Semiconductor of Hillsboro, Ore., developer of programmable logic devices and related software, has announced that Michael G. Potter has been named corporate vice president and chief financial officer effective Feb. 17. Previously, Potter was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Neophotonics Inc. in San Jose, Calif., and before that he was vice president and chief financial officer of Stats ChiPac Ltd. in Singapore. Potter, who has held senior positions at Honeywell International also, started his career with KPMG Peat Marwick Thorne.
