Bami Bastani Resigns as Anadigics CEO
Anadigics of Warren, N.J., a provider of semiconductor solutions in wireless and wireline communications markets, announced the resignation of Bami Bastani, the company’s president and CEO. In the interim, Gilles Delfassy will assume the role until the company completes its search for a permanent replacement. Delfassy, who has been a director of the company since January 2008, has also been appointed Anadigics’ chairman of the board. Prior to joining Anadigics, Delfassy led Texas Instruments’ wireless terminals business unit since its inception in 1995. He also previously managed TI’s European digital signal processing operations and its European automotive electronics business.
