Vikram Simha Named Vital Images’ CTO, VP of Engineering

Vital Images Inc. of Minnetonka, Minn., a provider of advanced visualization and analysis products, has named Vikram Simha chief technology officer (CTO) and executive vice president of engineering. From 1998 until June 2008, Simha held software engineering management positions at Mitsubishi and TeraRecon, most recently serving as CTO and senior vice president, 3-D engineering. Prior to that he was a software engineer and principal software engineer at ViTAL.
