EV Group to Supply STMicroelectronics

 EV Group has received a multimillion-euro order for 300-mm bonding, alignment and photoresist processing tools from STMicroelectronics of Geneva. The tools are installed at the latter’s through-silicon-via pilot line in Crolles, France, and are used to manufacture CMOS imaging sensors.
