Photline, AdLightec Merge

In France, Photline Technologies, a supplier of optical modulation solutions based in Besançon, has merged with AdLightec of Lannion, a provider of high-speed electronic modules. The agreement enables the design of improved integrated optical modulation solutions with applications in telecommunications and in the instrument and sensing markets. The combined companies will continue to operate under the Photline Technologies name.
