Photronics CEO Resigns
Photronics of Brookfield, Conn., a worldwide supplier of innovative imaging technology solutions for the global electronics industry, has announced that Michael J. Luttati will step down as chief executive officer of the company and as a member of the board of directors effective immediately. Constantine Macricostas, chairman of the company’s board of directors, will assume the role of interim CEO. Luttati has worked with the company for three years and will continue as a consultant for a period of time to help transition the company into its new leadership. The board of directors has appointed a search committee and will retain an executive search firm to seek a new CEO.
