Zecotek Announces Corporate Change

Zecotek Photonics of Vancouver, British Columbia, announced that Michael Minder has stepped down as chief financial officer, but will continue to work with the company in an advisory role to their international shareholder base. In the interim, the company’s senior financial controller and corporate secretary, Azim Dahya, will assume the position of CFO.
