Kodak Hiking Prices as Much as 20 Percent
Eastman Kodak Co. of Rochester, N.Y., announced it will increase prices on an unspecified group of products across a range of its businesses. Prices will increase as much as 20 percent, depending on the product line and location. The increases are a result of the soaring prices of key raw materials, especially silver and aluminum, as well as the rising cost of petroleum, the company said. The increases will be rolled out by product group, with all increases expected to be implemented by July 1, Kodak said.
