Laser Award Recipient Is Announced

The Innovation Award Laser Technology 2008, created by Arbeitskreis Lasertechnik eV and by the European Laser Institute, has been awarded to Bertold Hopf of Daimler AG in Sindelfingen. The €10,000 prize is for his work on a robot-guided remote scanner for laser beam welding.
