GE Becomes Minority Shareholder in Ulis
Sofradir, based in Chatenay-Malabry, has announced that General Electric Co. (GE), based in Fairfield, Conn., USA, will become a minority shareholder in Ulis, the French company’s subsidiary. The latter produces uncooled IR detectors for mainly commercial applications. GE has obtained a 15 per cent ownership in the unit.
