Acuity, Lighting Science to Develop LEDs

Acuity Brands Lighting Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Acuity Brands Inc. of Atlanta, will collaborate with Lighting Science Group Corp. of Dallas, a designer of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly lighting solutions, to develop and launch LED-based products for architectural, commercial, industrial and public infrastructure applications. The devices will become part of the Atlanta-based company’s portfolio.
