BBN Technologies Awarded $5.7 Million

BBN Technologies of Cambridge, Mass., a technology solutions firm, has been awarded $5.7 million by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency for the Dynamic Multi-Terabit Core Optical Networks: Architecture, Protocols, Control and Management program. During Phase I, the company will develop the architecture, protocols and algorithms for on-demand, adaptable, high-utilization optical networks.
