Ben Pothast Named NanoInk CFO

NanoInk Inc. of Skokie, Ill., a developer of nanoscale manufacturing and applications for the life science and semiconductor industries, announced the hiring of Ben Pothast as chief financial officer. Pothast joins NanoInk from Cambridge Major Laboratories Inc., a service-based chemistry outsourcing partner to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, where he served as CFO and a member of the management team. Previously, Pothast was vice president of planning and analysis at Ovation Pharmaceuticals Inc., a biopharmaceutical company. Before that, Pothast served as CFO of specialty pharmaceutical company Akorn Inc. He began his career at Ernst & Young in Chicago and is a certified public accountant.
