OEM Agreement Targets New Digital Imaging Markets

In an original equipment manufacturing agreement between Everest Imaging of Austin, Texas, and Computational Systems Inc. (CSI) of Knoxville, Tenn., CSI will develop new software for its digital imaging instrumentation, and Everest will market the new equipment. Dubbed the ImageSaver, the instrument works with video probes, flexible fiberscopes and rigid borescopes for remote visual inspection in aviation and industrial markets. CSI officials praise the move as an opportunity to expand the company's markets, while Everest executives say the new equipment will improve the performance of inspection systems.
