Lisa Cummins Now VP Finance, CFO at Adept Technology

Adept Technology Inc. announced the appointment of Lisa M. Cummins as vice president of finance and CFO, effective immediately. Cummins, who has more than 15 years of corporate accounting experience, joined Adept in May 2007 as corporate controller. Before that, she held a variety of senior financial management positions at both large and small companies, most recently at holding company Pacer International. Cummins, a certified public accountant, has also held financial and accounting positions at APL, EQE International and Oracle, and was an auditor with Ernst & Young. Adept, a provider of intelligent vision-guided robotics and global robotics services for markets including packaged goods, life sciences, disk drive/electronics, semiconductor and automotive, is based in Livermore, Calif.
