ASML Joins Program at University of Arizona

ASML Holding NV of Veldhoven, the Netherlands, has joined the Industrial Affiliates program of the College of Optical Sciences at the University of Arizona in Tucson. Under the membership, the ASML Optics unit, with facilities in Wilton, Conn., and Richmond, Calif., will contribute to the college’s quality of education through program participation and potential technology transfer opportunities and activities. It also will collaborate with the university to develop short courses and seminars that support its projects in optical engineering.
