An 11-page booklet titled “Light Sources for Optical and Analytical Instrumentation” is available from Heraeus Noblelight GmbH. The full-color publication describes the company’s deuterium lamps, including the long-life, standard quartz, UV glass and vacuum-UV varieties, for high-performance liquid chromatography, photometers and other UV applications. It details single- and multielement hollow cathode lamps for atomic absorption spectroscopy, the FiberLight miniature UV/VIS light source for mobile spectroscopy and online process control, and specialty light sources, including photoionization and tungsten halogen lamps.
