Fidus Systems Appoints Jim Roche to Board of Directors
Jim Roche, co-founder and former CEO of Tundra Semiconductor Corp., has joined the board of directors at Ottawa, Canada-based Fidus Systems, a supplier of electronic designs for industrial control systems, telecommunication equipment, aerospace, defense and biomedical instrumentation. Roche co-founded Tundra, a fabless semiconductor company, in 1995. He served as president and CEO from 2001 until Sept. 2006. Before that, he was a founding member of Newbridge Networks Corp. Roche is currently president and CEO of CMC Microsystems, a Canadian company providing university researchers in microelectronics, MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) and photonics with state-of-the-art design, manufacture and test technologies.
