Optics, Photonics in the Great Lakes Region
The Great Lakes Photonics Symposium, to be held June 12-16 in Dayton, Ohio, will feature 10 conferences, a senior-level plenary session, technical oral and poster sessions, a regional workforce competitiveness panel, short courses, and an exhibition featuring the latest light-based components, devices and associated services.
Dayton, Ohio, is home to the original bicycle shop owned by the Wright Brothers where they built their planes before testing them at Kitty Hawk. The shop is a National Historic Landmark in the Oregon Historic District, Dayton's oldest neighborhood.
