Light Technology Companies Merge

The newly formed company International Light Technologies Inc. has announced that its divisions, Gilway Technical Lamp and International Light, will combine their resources and consolidate operations at a facility in Peabody, Mass. Each division will continue to manufacture and market its existing product line.

Gilway, a supplier of technical light sources and systems, specializes in UV-VIS-IR lamps, LEDs, lighting assemblies and modules, and International Light, a manufacturer of light measurement equipment, offers technical expertise in light detection, measurement and calibration. They previously operated as separate corporations.
